Dining at Oravae is an experience in itself. We prepare daily menus based on the morning catch and what's ripe in our organic garden.
From fresh lobster and mud-crab to traditional root vegetables and tropical fruits, every meal is served over the water on our open deck, surrounded by the sound of the lagoon.

Your Journey
Getting to Sepo Island.
Most guests arrive via a domestic flight from Honiara to the island of Gizo (Nusatupe Airport). The flight itself is a breathtaking tour of the Western Province's coral atolls.
Upon arrival at Gizo, a member of our family will be waiting for you. From there, it's a scenic 10-15 minute private boat ride across the crystal-clear lagoon directly to our jetty.
Note: Return boat transfers between Gizo and Sepo Island are included in your stay at no extra cost.

What is included in the daily rate?
Our rates are all-inclusive. This includes your overwater accommodation, all three daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and return boat transfers between Gizo and Sepo Island.
Is there Wi-Fi on the island?
Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi across the main cottage and dining areas. While it is stable enough for emails and browsing, we encourage guests to disconnect and enjoy the lagoon!
Can you cater to specific dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergy requirements. Please just let us know at the time of booking so we can source the right local ingredients.
What should I bring for my stay?
We recommend bringing high-SPF sun protection, insect repellent, a sturdy torch, and reef shoes for exploring. Don't forget your camera for the sunsets!
